It's the last night of the regular season and all 16 playoff teams are set. But the regular season drama is anything but over.

No less than eight teams are still playing with a chance for a better playoff seed.

In the Rockets' case, they could wind up anywhere from the No. 2 seed in the West to No. 5 and opening the playoffs on the road.

The East is mostly set, with only the Sixers and Bulls jockeying for the sixth seed and a chance to avoid the Celtics in the first round.

But in the West, the only thing set in stone is the top-seeded Lakers will face the Jazz in Los Angeles when the playoffs begin.

Here's a team-by-team breakdown of how tonight's games affect playoff seedings:

Bulls

Will be No. 6 seed with a win or Sixers loss.
Will be No. 7 with a loss and a Sixers win.

Sixers

No. 6 seed with a win and Bulls loss.
No. 7 with a loss or a Bulls win.

Nuggets

No. 2 with a win or Rockets loss
No. 3 with a loss and Rockets win

Rockets


No. 2 with a win and Nuggets loss
No. 3 with a win and Nuggets win OR Spurs and Blazers losses.
No. 4 with a loss and either Spurs or Blazers win (but not both)
No. 5 with a loss and both Spurs and Blazers win.

Blazers

No. 3 with a win and Rockets and Spurs losses.
No. 4 with a win and either Rockets or Spurs win (or both win) OR if Blazers and Spurs both lose.
No. 5 with a loss and Spurs win.

Spurs

No. 3 with a win and Rockets loss.
No. 4 with a win and a Rockets win and a Blazers loss.
No. 5 with a loss OR if Rockets and Blazers both win.

Hornets
