Kennedy McIntosh, who played four years in the NBA, has died. He was 60. McIntosh died Friday of a stroke at UCLA-Santa Monica Hospital in Los Angeles. Born in Detroit, McIntosh attended Eastern Michigan from 1967-71 and remains the school's career leader with 2,219 points and 1,426 rebounds. His No. 54 jersey was retired in 2006. He was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the first round of the 1971 draft. He played with the Bulls for one season before moving on to the Seattle SuperSonics. His best season was in 1973-74 when he averaged 7.4 points per game. McIntosh left the NBA in 1975 because of injury.
